PHF / Sodium Caseinate Powder
Sodium Caseinate Powder
After skimming, raw milk is pasteurized and transferred to processing tanks. Food-grade acid is added and the temperature increased to form curds, which are drained and washed with sanitary water. The pH is then adjusted using food-grade alkali, after which the product is spray-dried and packaged. Used as a protein ingredient, emulsifier and thickener to improve texture and stability in products such as cheese, ice cream and processed meats, and also in health and cosmetic products.
