Milk Protein Concentrate (MPC)

MPC contains milk proteins, a combination of whey and casein proteins, with applications including processed cheese, sports nutrition programs, weight management, dessert production and protein drinks. Can be used as a protein substitute in dairy products or other equivalent protein bases — as MPC protein concentration increases, lactose levels decrease.
